About Us

ECO (Economic Cooperation Organization) Postal Staff College is the premier training institution of Pakistan Post. It was established in 1987 with assistance of Universal Postal Union (UPU). It is an affiliated body of ECO since 2013. The College has a beautiful purpose-built campus with sophisticated Classrooms, Seminar room, Syndicate room, Computer Lab, well-stocked Library and dining room. It also has a well-equipped auditorium with seating capacity of over 200 caters to meetings, conferences, seminars and workshops. The campus is centrally air conditioned with backup power supply facility. It is self-sufficient in transport requirements of the trainees. The College Hostel is a modern building reflecting architectural beauty, comfort and homeliness. It provides air-conditioned residential facilities to trainees on twin sharing basis. It also has hostel warden’s residence, dining hall, TV lounge, drawing room and a computer lab. Its grassy lawns are spacious and well maintained. An outdoor badminton court is also available for the trainees. The hostel is WIFI enabled. Its security is monitored through CCTV cameras. The core faculty comprises of Executive Director, Director Training, Director (Research and Development), two Deputy Directors (Training) and Assistant Director (Training & Administration). In addition, the college also utilize the expertise of visiting faculty from private and public sectors. The College has emerged as a leading training institute for postal executives coming from all over the world.

Course on E-Commerce and Logistics- Challenges and Potentials for Pakistan Post

ECO Postal Staff College Islamabad, conducted a one week course on 'E-Commerce and Logistics- Challenges and Potentials for Pakistan Post' w.e.f. 18th-22nd July, 2022. The course was attended by eleven Postal officers from various field formations.  

32nd Specialized Training Program (Postal Group)

The 32nd Specialized Training Program for the Probationary officers of 49th CTP (Postal Group) has commenced at ECO Postal Staff College, Islamabad w.e.f. 25th March, 2022.
